Reporting, analytics and operational exports
Turn workspace records into dashboards, management reports and controlled exports for better decisions.
Start with a decision
A useful report answers a decision question: which work is overdue, where is capacity constrained, which stock is at risk, or which accounts need attention? Choose the measure before choosing the chart.
Dashboards are most effective when they combine a small set of leading indicators with direct links to the records that need action.
Keep filters explicit
Record the date range, location, department, owner and status filters used for a report. This makes recurring reviews comparable and prevents teams from debating two numbers that were calculated from different scopes.
Use saved views for stable operational questions and ad hoc filters for investigations.
Share insight with context
When exporting a report, include the reporting period, owner and interpretation. A number without a decision or action quickly becomes another piece of operational noise.
Use role-based access for sensitive financial, HR, clinical or customer information.
