About NexOperate

We are building an ecosystem for people and organisations that want to rise through complexity.

NexOperate helps people, organisations and communities think better, operate smarter and turn complexity into progress through the intersection of human capability, strategic thinking and technology.

The why

The hardest problems rarely have one-dimensional solutions.

Growth or stability. People or technology. Speed or quality. Innovation or control. Strategy or execution.

Real-world progress requires us to hold both sides of the challenge, understand what is really at stake and design a response that can work beyond the presentation.

That is the idea at the heart of NexOperate.

What we do

Four ways to turn insight into impact.

01

THINK

Strategic thinking, decision-making and Ambidextrous Thinking™ for competing priorities and complex choices.

02

TRANSFORM

Project transformation, PMO, digital transformation and organisational change that moves from intent to adoption.

03

ENABLE

Training, coaching, leadership development and professional capability that makes better ways of working stick.

04

BUILD

Technology, SaaS, digital products and practical systems that turn strategy into everyday operating capability.

Mark Burnett, Chief Executive Officer of NexOperate

Meet Engr. Mark Burnett

CEO & Co-Founder

Engineer · Transformation strategist · Author · Educator · Creator of Ambidextrous Thinking™

Mark Burnett is an engineer, transformation strategist, delivery leader, author and educator helping people and organisations turn complexity into progress. His journey is deeply personal. After a life-threatening accident in 2010 resulted in a brutal recommendation that his arm be amputated, Mark fought to preserve what others believed might have to be lost. That experience changed how he understood resilience, possibility and problem-solving.

Years later, navigating major projects, transformation initiatives and challenging environments across the Caribbean and international markets reinforced the same lesson: the hardest problems rarely have one-dimensional solutions.

Today, through NexOperate, Mark brings together engineering, project leadership, technology, learning and human resilience to help people and organisations think differently, operate better and rise through complexity.

Think ambidextrously

We look for the productive path between competing priorities rather than accepting false either/or choices.

Make progress practical

Good thinking matters when it becomes a decision, a capability, a system or an outcome people can use.

Keep people at the centre

Technology should strengthen human capability, not remove the context, care and judgement that make change work.

Stay grounded in reality

We design for complex environments, different cultures and the conditions in which people actually operate.

We're building more than a technology platform.

We are building an ecosystem for people and organisations that want to rise through complexity.
