AI & Automation in NexOperate
Understand the intelligent agents, workflow triggers, document processing and predictive assistance available across all 18 workspaces.
What the AI layer does
NexOperate’s AI layer helps users understand records, summarise activity, draft communications, extract structured data from documents and identify operational exceptions.
The AI assistant is presented inside the workspace so users can ask questions about the work they are already authorised to see, rather than copying sensitive data into an unrelated tool.
What can be automated
Automation can respond to events such as a low stock threshold, a new enquiry, an overdue invoice, an upcoming appointment, a leave request, a maintenance date or a project status change.
Depending on the workspace, a workflow can create a task, notify a role, update a status, prepare a draft, request approval or escalate an exception. Human approval remains available for decisions that require judgement.
Governance and control
AI and automation follow organisation membership, role permissions and tenant boundaries. Administrators should review the trigger, action, recipient and approval settings before enabling a workflow for a whole team.
Keep an audit trail for sensitive actions and use test records or a pilot group when introducing a new workflow.
